Anyone have experience with the Credit Union Student Choice loan?

It’s from credit unions and structure like a line-of-credit so you don’t have to apply each year. I’m still unsure of whether I will need to go into private loans (with full pell, full stafford and the extra $4000 stafford for my mom not getting approved for the parent PLUS loan), but I want to be prepared just in case and I’m thinking that the CUSC loan would be my best bet. I don’t know who I would get to co-sign as my mom and/or step-dad would never get approved and my dad would rather I quit school and get a full-time job than get a degree if it means going into debt for it.

If anyone has any info that could help, it would be awesome!

A private loan should be your last resort to finance college, behind working to pay for it and even behind going to a different, cheaper school.
If you don’t know who would co-sign for you, you won’t get the loan. You must have a co-signer.
Also, be sure to add up the loans over your college career, and, if they will total more than the first-year’s salary in the job you expect to get after school, it’s too much and you need to consider something cheaper.
