<p>I try to enter my name in the username field and it says: “ERROR Your username contains special characters. Usernames must contain only alphabetical or numerical characters”</p>
<p>I enter my name then last name for the user name and I don’t know of any special characters in my name…</p>
<p>like if my name was John Smith,</p>
<p>I entered:</p>
<p>John Smith.</p>
<p>Anyone have any ideas or similar problem?</p>
