<p>I am a Chinese Applicant and I got an email from CMU suggesting me to do the interview conducted by the CIEE CAI
I have done my interview and it was said the scores are sent to CMU
Anyone here has previous experience on this?
How will I know if they got my Interview Scores?
Since I sent them my mid-year report and latest transcript, they did not update this information on the “check application status”</p>

<p>I am just wondering whether CMU is prone to send emails and recommend applicants who are strong candidates to do the interviews. Did anyone get similar emails?</p>

<p>I was happy to read you message. I can help you clearify any susspicians anyone has about the CAI.</p>
<p>I’m with CIEE and I’m responsible for working with U.S. universities regarding the CAI. </p>
<p>I’ve been working closely with CMU admissions regarding the CAI. CMU has emailed all their applicants from China strongly recommending they participate in the CAI. That is why you received the email. This email is really from the CMU admissions office and they do support their applicants taking the CAI. </p>
<p>I am responsible for personally sending all CAI reports diretcly to CMU. If you tell me your name and the city and date where you interviewed, I can confirm that your CAI report was received by CMU.</p>
<p>Interviewing is very important to many schools, but not all schools have the resources to interview applicants. CIEE is a non-profit organization in the USA that is very well trusted among universities and is creating programs in China to help both U.S. universities and Chinese students.
