Anyone know the deadline for internal transfer at Penn?

<p>If you are a freshman, applications are due to your home school by the last day of CLASSES (not exams) in the SPRING semester.</p>

<p>If you are a sophomore, applications are due to your home school by the last day of CLASSES (not exams) in the current semester.</p>

<p>If you are a junior (have done 4 semesters) or an external transfer, you are ineligible to apply.</p>

<p>You should speak to your advisor first before doing anything.</p>
