It is located at SW 19th Ave and 34th St. It is right behind the Hilton and right next to the commuter lot, so the 20 and 21 bus routes are easy to walk to. SW 19th Ave is a very quiet, leafy street with easy access from 34th St., much better than the ridiculously busy 20th Ave. Check out their website at museumwalk.com Truly the most bang for your buck.</p>
<p>All the other 3/3 are already leased, so this is your chance.</p>
<p>BEST PART: You get an individual lease - you are only responsible for your rent. If your other roommates don’t pay, it’s NOT YOUR PROBLEM!</p>
