I never took my SAT, which at the time didn’t matter. I was like 16 or 17 and hated school and could care less about my future. Now i’m 24 and applying to 4 year schools after 3 years of community college.

Just curious if others like myself found it kind of annoying that certain school’s ask for this test.

For example i wanted to apply to TCNJ in Jersey. So i called and ask that after 6 Full time semesters in college if i still needed some sort of SAT score for a transfer. They told me i should have taken it or arrange to take it now? Honestly what kind of crap is that. I crossed that off my list.

In case you don’t realize. The SAT is good at measuring your academics at a certain point in time (high school). Not when your 24, and are taking Calc 3 and physics IV. I think college grades speak alot more about someone then a test. I know everyone in high school thinks the SAT is the end all be all of the world. Trust me there are people who scored 1300+ i went to high school with that failed out of college.
