<p>We will be there next week as well! My D is a rising HS senior and she has taken classes at both BDC and Steps. She prefers BDC, but both are great. She has taken tap, jazz, ballet, and leaps and turns, and musical theater there before. She has been dancing since she was 4, so she takes mostly advanced classes. My younger D is 12 and has also taken classes there in jazz, contemporary, and hip hop. She has been dancing for 7 years and took beginner classes, and one adv beginner. The adv beginner was a bit overwhelming for her, but she hung in there and the teacher was very good to her. </p>
<p>The first time they went, they did the same thing your teacher suggested and took classes one level down than what they would usually take and were both very comfortable in the class. </p>
