Anyone tried removing potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant and peppers to cure pain?

Hi folks,

Recently I have had two close friends cure (yes) longstanding musculoskeletal pain by removing tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant and peppers from their diets. Curious to know if any of you folks have tried this. One of my two friends had her pain disappear after two days! She has been utterly amazed. All these foods are in the same botanical family and it appears that they can be a pain trigger for some people. I’d love to hear if any others out there have tried this and what your experience has been. I routinely peel potatoes now to remove the green layer under the skin which I recall is toxic; some ppl have mentioned they thought that was good for them when we talk about this.

These are foods from the nightshade family and recommended for arthritis and other pain that you mention. I don’t normally eat these foods, but I know at least 5 people who cured
their arthritis by eliminating them from their diet. Multiple alternative medicine sources I have read also recommend removing these from the diet.

My uncle claims that removing potatoes from his diet has helped with his arthritis. I will mention the others to him.
