So pretty self explanatory. The CommonApp is advertising a partnership with Strive For College and I was wondering if anyone has used this service before. Its supposed to let you pair with a mentor who guides you through the application process, essays, college selection, interview advice, etc. I was wondering if it’s legit because I wanted to use their essay help but was afraid of sending my essay and having it leaked out or used by others. Am I just being too paranoid?

Yes, you are being beyond paranoid…you are talking about the CommonApp, do you really think they are setting you up, lol? And Strive is a legitimate organization, which you can google, and all of the mentors are trained and vetted.
