Anyone who applied to CalArts BFA program in Art 2019?

Hi all,

I am new to this community and I was just wondering if anyone applied to the CalArts BFA program in Art for 2019 admissions? I have received acceptances from other schools including SAIC, MICA, VCUarts, MassArt, UAL Chelsea and Goldsmiths, which is great, but was just wondering if anyone has an update from CalArts regarding the application status for BFA Art. Thanks!

As I know it’s very difficult to be accpetd for Animation.

Thanks, just saw your reply now! I’m a Fine Arts major by the way. :slight_smile: Still haven’t received anything from admissions team, I’m getting nervous haha ;-;

I applied for the acting bfa and also have heard nothing back. It’s a bit weird considering it’s almost april already.

I applied for BFA Photography (transfer), got the acceptance letter on March 21, but haven’t heard from MassArt and MICA yet :confused:
