What matters to you, and why?

Keeping composure when tackling difficulty is what matters to me. As confronting trouble, I need to think over it-- contemplating what will happen after I dispose thing in this way. By this means, I will work out seemingly tough problems.

I confronted such dilemma in a volunteer work. When I volunteered in metro station, one of my tasks was responsible for entry of auto gates. The metro station I worked at is among the top 3 crowded stations in my city having nearly 50 thousand passenger traffic daily. By taking advantage of overcrowdedness, some adults used student cards to pass through auto gates for economy. According to the station regulations, they must pay the penalty for fare dodging. However, when I indentified a man using student card by noticing light on the gate-- while one uses student card to get past auto gates, the light will shine, he turned out to be a staff of metro company. At the moment, a difficulty arose. I could either stop every suspect people, but it might trouble them, or shut my eyes to such misdeed shirking my responsibility. Yet, choice could not be so extreme; by attentive observation, I found an alternative. I recognized the indicator light gave out light with different colors when people swiped different cards-- student card shined with orange, staff card shined with red. Besides, the distinct exterior green color of student card facilitated me to distinguish it from other kinds of cards. In this manner, I can fulfill my duty without disturbing innocent person.

Lacking for a composed mood, I may mess up matter even in most favorable circumstance. If I make a rash decision while deal with conundrum, thing usually will get worse. Some Consequences due to that, such as losing a comradery, are irreparable. Thus, retaining composure all the way for me is a sine qua non to settle problems.
