Wow, you must be bored…:D

Wow. Um.

I think the school provides some of those things (like toilet paper >.<).
I don’t think my brother needed all of that when he went to boarding school. But, then again, he’s a boy.
So…maybe you’ll want photos of friends and family to put around your room?

what, no ramen noodles??? jk

mini-frig, if your school allows it.

But Dapple’s right, that is a lot of stuff to bring. You may want to wait and purchase some of these items when you arrive at school. New roommates typically do these shopping runs together during the first week or two. Not only is it a good bonding/icebreaking excercise but also, it may prevent some overlap between the lists. Most dorm rooms are not very large.

Good luck with your acceptances.

wow, nice list!

Would your future school send you a school supply list though?

You definitely don’t need to bring your own toilet paper, lol. The school provides that, and you normally aren’t going to have your own bathroom, anyways, so it’d be silly to have to bring your own toilet paper down to the communal bathroom.

Your own printer isn’t really necessary…there will be plenty of places to print at school for free, so I wouldn’t bother taking up space in your room with your own.

I’m not really sure why you have both a laundry basket and a laundry bag down. You won’t need both, just one or the other.

You probably don’t need to bring your own hand soap…a school bathroom is like any school bathroom, it has soap in it…you don’t need to be carting your own soap down every time you need to use the bathroom. However, if your school is one where they have bathrooms for every two rooms and not one communal bathroom for the hallway, you might need to bring your own.

I wouldn’t bring too many books with you…you can just get books out of the library and it will probably take up space unnecessarily…looking at all the stuff you’re planning on bringing, you’ll need all the extra space you can get.

Make sure you bring a pair of shoes specifically for the shower, too, any pair of old flip flops will do. I just wouldn’t recommend taking a shower barefoot.

Look what I found from January!
Bump Bump Bump :)

Haha I’ve been on jcrew.com making a “boarding school wardrobe”. There’s no way I’d ever get anything off it (it’s up to $6,000 so far!) but it’s a lot of fun to plan. :)

haha sounds like fun…j’adore port les ropes de J. Crew aussi!

sooo, just out of curiosity… what in the world is a teasing comb?

A comb you tease your hair with… duh
I’m guessing sparklyydancer does pageants, because we use a teasing comb a lot…

^ hahaha, thanks, that clarifies things tenfold! /sarcasm

It’s basically a regular comb… you just use it to give your hair more volume. Think 80’s. Girls who’ve won titles have to use it so they’ll have enough hair to keep their crown pinned on.

omg I would probably not even bother to bring most of that stuff!
50 pack of pencils! ahaha all I ever have at school although it is a bad habit is a pen that I end up losing so I just borrow one off one of my friends and then return it to them two months later ahaha

ooh, i see. i always thought they used bumpits or something…

i can’t imagine needing 30 ballpoint pens. i don’t lose THAT many pens!

lol bumpits. those r always on tv

Sparkley…

“boyfriend pillow”

???

Its like a pillow you lean up against. Do I have to tell y’all everything? :p

not sure if i’m allowed to post external links (if i’m not, feel free to let me know) but
