is it possible or has it happend that AOG Scholars can receive LOA’s

I was wondering the same thing.

I don’t think so - here’s why -

As per a previous post - the appointment is already yours “to lose” so to speak. If you fulfill the requirements of the program you have an appointment. Therefore no determination will be made in the first semester of school. After that they will just give you your appointment - no LOA necessary.

Also, the purpose of an LOA is to compete with “early action” and “early decision” type of candidates that the Academy may lose to other top schools. They know they aren’t gonna “lose” you to MIT.

Start thinking of your scholarship as an “LOA” - you still need to get good grades, pass the CFA, stay medically qualified and stay “out of trouble” - it’s all good!

makes sense

no…they told us last year that aog’s already have one sort of with their sponsorship
