AP Achiever for U.S. Gov & Politics?

Has anyone used it? I bought last month (along with REA’s Crash Course) and am only a chapter away from finishing it but it seems like it can only be really helpful if you have the accompanying McGraw-Hill book, which I don’t. It has a lot of useful information but I’m starting to wonder how well it actually prepares you for the exam.

Anyone?

Never mind, finished it last week and it was horrible. Grammatical/spelling errors in almost every chapter (I really enjoyed reading about the United States’ core values of individualism and “librety”); devotes incredibly long chapters to topics that only make up 5% of questions on the exam; devotes only a couple of pages to vital topics that make up 45-50% of questions; practice questions at the end of each chapter are about things that weren’t even covered in the chapter; all in all, useless without the McGraw-Hill textbook.

If you’re reading this and thinking of buying it, don’t waste your money. Stick with Crash Course, it’s lots more informative and has a way better format
