AP and HL Classes

<p>How important are AP and HL classes to UC’s…?
I’m planning on having the following:</p>

<p>HL Pre-Calculus
AP Calculus
AP Statistics
HL Spanish 3
AP Psychology
AP Gov/Econ
AP Physics</p>

<p>Is that a good amount or should I take AP English (Jr. and Sr. Year) and risk hurting my gpa.</p>

<p>I don’t plan on going to a top school…I like UCSB so is that a strong enough schedule?</p>

<p>Those courses are fine for UCSB (and probably all the other UCs) provided you have the right grades, SAT scores, extracurriculars, and essays.</p>
