AP Bio Self-study

When I was a Sophomore, I took Bio without taking formal class and got 3, which was the lowest of eight AP tests I have ever taken. So, I cancelled the score and decided to take it again this Senior year. Unfortunately, I have never been able to take AP Bio class, so it will be independent study again. I’m definitely aiming at getting 5 but worried about the new version of test due to its low percentage of those who got 5 (5%). I think I’m good at ACT science section-like multiple choice questions of the new AP Bio, since I actually aced at ACT science section and I’m pretty good at math. But I’m pretty bad at FRQ as I screwed up in the last attempt. So…

-How to train myself for FRQ without attending actual class? I can use online classes such as Khan academy, resources from AP Bio class, and various prep books of new version.

-Do you think the next cutoff or test itself will be lower/easier than that in the last year?
