AP Biology Vocabulary, especially Classification

<p>How do you guys remember the meaings of the vocabulary words? Do you guys know any simple way of being able to decipher the meanings of the roots and word parts? I can’t find anything that will do that online, not for every word at least.</p>

<p>I believe on biology.about.com there is a list of prefixes and suffixes commonly used in biology. I’m sure you are familiar with many of them:
cardio - heart

  • itis inflamation
    etc</p>

<p>that normally helps people break words down (or should I say catabolize, har har).</p>
