AP Books?

I’m taking:

Calc AB
Physics B
English Literature

I’m considering self-studying:

Statistics
European History
Art History
Studio Art

Any suggestions as to what books I should use to help prepare me for the tests?

Calc - PR or Barron’s
Physics - PR
English Lit - REA
Stats - Barron’s
Euro isn’t offered at my school :(, but I’ve heard good things about Cliffs.

I don’t see why you’d want a book for studio art. My art teacher gave us these 07-08 studio art posters from Collegeboard though. The posters had a lot of info about each of the different portfolios and had pictures of art received in all 3 categories last year. Maybe you could try getting a hold of one?

Good luck!

No, use PR. I took the class last year and got a 5 with it.

For Art History use the Annotated Mona Lisa

Prep books or textbooks?

Calc AB - dunno
Physics B - im using the holt physics textbook, pr for review
English Literature - cliff’s + read random books (older stuff helps more, and poetry!)… it’s a skill, so it’s more of something you have to get better at over the year

dunno for anything else.

concretejungle: thanks for the advice! i don’t need a book for studio art… i was just listing what i thought i’d be taking, but i’ll definetely try getting a hold of one of those posters.

llpitch: thanx! hopefully PR can help me get a 5 too :)

UnleashedFury: I meant prep books. thank you for the help!
