I will be taking the AP Calc AB exam this year, and I was wondering about a few things. In my AP Calc class, I tend to see and use some abbreviations. Are there certain standard abbreviations that everyone will understand and thus we can use? For example, I’ve used deriv, antideriv, CPs or crit. pts, inflec pt, pos., neg., A (area), V (volume), etc. What do you think? Do you understand all of these? Would the person who grades my exam?

Also, I have found old threads showing the cutoffs for the different scores for different years. However, I can’t find anything very recent. Since there have been some changes (MC having no penalty for guessing, format changes) since the most recent of the cutoff lists, what do you think the new cutoffs will be like? Does anyone have a prediction for how these changes would affect the scores?

Thanks!
