AP Calc BC No Calculator Help

What kinds of things does the AP Calc BC test expect you to be able to do without a calculator? Will you have to be able to sketch fairly complex graphs? What about taking difficult definite integrals? Anything else I should be sure I know how to do w/o a calculator besides the obvious?

On a releated note, are ti-89s allowed for the AB exam?

Yes. There is only one test 89s are not allowed on (that's the ACT).

*Will you have to be able to sketch fairly complex graphs? *
No...simple ones though, on occasion

What about taking difficult definite integrals?
That depends what your definition of "difficult" is. There are quite a few questions that require you to solve definite integrals in some capacity on the non-calc MC as well as the non-call FR. Most are solvable through a few simplifications or a few little tricks; there usually aren't any majorly time-consuming integrals.
