AP Calculus AB Prep question

I’m currently selfstudying Ap calc Ab using a thomas finney textbook. However the textbook is not only extremely dry and boring but also seems to lack enough sample problems as to explain how to do any of the problems in the exercise section. So I want know if it’s enough to just study from a study guide/prep book (Peterson’s). At least the prep book is almost as thick as the textbook which covers waaaay more than even ap calc BC… thanks

bump? 10char

The Finney book really doesn’t cover that much more than what is required for AP Calc BC.

That being said, the Finney books is one of the better ones out there. While a prep book might not be sufficient, I would say that you might need to find a way to make the Finney book work for you.
