Ap Capstone scheduling

My high school has recently started offering the AP Capstone program, and I feel like I would enjoy the classes. However, that would result in me taking 6 AP classes in my junior year, and I am not sure if I will be able to handle it.

This is my current schedule for 10th grade (for an idea of what challenges me):
Honors Literature
Accelerated Pre-Calculus
Honors Chemistry
AP World History
Spanish 3
Band
Engineering

I have a high A in every class except Pre-Calc, in which I have a 92. I only took one AP class this year due to band and engineering. Last year, I took AP Human Geography (which I know is an easy AP class) and received a 5 on the exam. I personally feel like every class this year except math is unchallenging, which is surprising because I heard from upperclassmen that AP World would be the most difficult. I think that I should also note that this year I am able to get a lot of extra sleep, which I would be willing to give up next year.

If I took AP Seminar in 11th grade, my schedule would be as follows:
AP Lang
AP Calc AB/BC (block)
AP Chem
AP U.S. History
AP Seminar
Band

If I end up deciding not to take AP Seminar, I would take the next engineering course instead.

So, my question is would I be able to handle 6 AP classes and would you recommend that I take the AP Capstone program? Would I even be able to handle 5?

If you need any more information to be able to adequately answer the question, please let me know.
