AP Chem % > SAT II Chem %...Problem?

Ok so I took the AP Chemistry Multiple Choice Practice Exam from the Princeton Review book, and out of 75 questions, missed 11. On the SAT II Chemistry practice exams from Sparknotes, I usually miss 15 or 16 out of the 75 or so questions, making for a 700. Is something wrong here. I can’t believe I miss less questions on an AP test than on the corresponding SAT II.

I think it’s because the SAT II tests facts more than concepts, whereas the AP test is the opposite. I’m not sure what the best SAT II Chem book is (I wouldn’t recommend Princeton Review in this case), but seeing as you have a good base with AP Chem, using a good SAT II cram book should get you up to at least the mid-700s.

Should I get Barron’s? Because if I don’t think I can get an 800 by the time the May test rolls around, I will probably reschedule to June or October…

zogoto thats what I use, Barron’s. It is quite expansive and others have said that they scored high, some even 800 on it using Barron’s.
