Can someone could explain how anion exchange column, neutral buffer, chromotogram, conductance are related? Can someone explain how time is related to any of the questions? I understand intermolecular forces-- My guess is that the amino acid that has more negative charge/stronger dipole should have a greater conductance. My guess would be that that Aspartate>Threonine>Leucine>Lysine would have from greatest to least conductance, so B>C>D>A would match respectively. However, my question is how the odd terms relate to the questions.
