AP Chinese accepted by colleges?

im just wondering, a friend of mine (whos chinese) wants to take the ap chinese test and hes of the HS graduating class of '07. does anyone know what the policy for acknowledging ap chinese test is for his class? thanks.

I’m gonna self study and take the test, 'cause I’ve been Hong Kong for 15 years. LOL. I don’t know about the policy of the University.

k thanks, thats what i was thinking, but i dont really want to do the test for nothing…

i want to take the test too, but i dono wut to study, it says it has chinese history and custom too. is there any text book out there too? there r tons of idiom in chinese. some of them even i as a native chinese speaker never heard of

Yeah, there are many idiom from different places, like some are from the north and some are from the south.
But if there is a part about chinese history, that will be great!

my favorite, the 3 kingdoms period, so cool~~~~~~~~~~

Dont worry about whether College would accept your AP Chinese test, the most important thing is that You will be better off after you graduate, and a lot of Company will need someone can master Mandarine Chinese.

Also, you can waive college foreign language credit that translate into thousand of dollars in tuition.

Go for it! AP Chinese is your future, dude!

jinjhwan nice saying~~~~~~~~

but still im just wondering how are u gonna study for it??
