how does cornell accept our ap chinese credit (granted we get a 4 or 5)?

do we go into level 2 automatically? do we have to take the placement test?

basically is there any benefit to taking the ap chinese test.

thanks

I don’t see anything about AP Chinese here so I’m doubting you’d get credit:

according to the link below, if you get a 4 or 5 on the AP you have to take a placement. however, you need to take a placement if you’d just studied the language, so I assume if you know enough Chinese to be contemplating this exam you’d need to take a placement test no matter what.
