AP Classes v. College Classes

I’m a senior in high school, applying to colleges. My high school offers very few AP classes (only 2), both of which I’ll have completed by the end of this year. While I don’t have many AP credits, I do have tones of college credits from college courses that I’ve taken, so many that I’ll have my AA completed by the time I graduate. I’m still applying as a freshman to colleges. How much do my college credits make up for my low number of AP classes?

Also, please chance me for UC Berkeley and Stanford:

I’ll have completed only 2 years of foreign language, but will have completed both Calc 1 and Calc 2. I have a 4.0, SAT 2290, ACT 33, and I’m almost sure I will be valedictorian of my class.

Notable ECs include:

Life Scout (boy scouts; this is one less rank than Eagle)
2 years of service on my local school board
Two years of what we call the global advocacy project (major research into subjects like international immigration, studied and researched with college kids in Britain)
Competed in an American Chemical Society Chemsitry test; If you considered only the top scorer of each school, my school be 11th in the region (I think county) because of my score.
2nd place in Solo Math at a MESA Day Competition (Algebra II, I think)
