<p>I know the AP credit policy for Rice is posted on the web, but for pre-med requirements (this is outlined in a Rice/Baylor mailing as well), it says all pre-meds must take a 1-yr of physics with lab at Rice. Does AP Physics credit cover this? Or must premeds take this course regardless of any physics credit earned?</p>
<p>For Rice/Baylor, AP credit covers the lecture part of the course, but not the lab part. So, for example, I had AP Bio credit, so I didn’t have to take the lecture, but I did have to take Bio Lab. So you will still have to take physics lab as far as i know.</p>
