Will getting AP USH credit in HS do anything for me in PSU? My major will be Aerospace Engineering. Do I need history credit? What score do I need on the AP USH exam to get credit?

This type of question is best answered by doing a little research on the PSU website. That way you’ll get the correct answer and not just someone’s guess. To get you started, here’s a direct link:

I believe you need a 4 on AP US. At least in EE you need 18 credits of humanities so definitely take the test.

You send in your AP scores and they tell you based on your major what credits you get and what they are good for.
Most end up to be electives (likely history would be an elective for you).
The other benefit to APs are they add to your credit total, and when you get to register is based on how many credits you have. That is a very good benefit especially the first two years when you are trying to get popular classes at good times.
