AP English Junior Testing.

Hello fellas. Although i’m not a parent, my mom does have a question though. Tomorrow i’ll be taking the AP English Tes, and ,my english teacher said it’ll be mentally challenging as you get tired. So she told us to take a break on Thursday. That’s when my mom’s question comes in, will it be necessary to take a school day off? And should she pick me up after the exam as well?

As a student who took AP Lang last year (and a dozen more AP and IB exams), leaving campus right after was pretty nice, let me de-stress from it and clear my head. I didn’t think it was particularly tiring though, especially if you’ve been prepared well. Even if you stay at school, I can’t imagine you’d be doing much. At least at my school, classes unofficially shut down during testing. I wouldn’t think it would necessitate missing the following day.

@undeuxtroiscat Thank you. I’ll just tell her to pick me up whenever its over (Even the proctor doesn’t know)

The exam’s 3h 15m + 10m break + about 30m direction reading, so add about 4 hours to when you begin testing (for example, 8:00 on the dot) and you’ll know about when you’ll be let out.
