AP chem/physics/calc AB/calc BC are the AP classes I’m planning to take for the next two years of my junior and senior year, plus some honors history and language. Most of my friends are taking AP lang and USh, but I’m catious about taking too many APs, as next year I would have 4 AP classes, which is a lot for me (I’m not a fast-working genius FYI). I would rather take AP chem and calc and do well in those than take 4 AP classes and do not as well. I’m planning to enter the math and science field, so if I pass the AP exams, does the AP lang and USH credit get transferred to college? Because moving from English 101 to 102 in college doesn’t really matter to me.

Just take 'em. If you pass the test you will get credit for the lower-level English and US History classes. That way you can satisfy your general education requirements sooner.

The credit USUALLY gets transferred. (I know Stanford does not accept AP Lang and USH credit, but I don’t know about other colleges.)

You should take AP Lang and USH. But senior year, you can disregard the remaining history and language APs if you really want to stray away from that field. You can take AP Biology or other science electives your school may offer (Forensics, Biotechnology, etc.)
