for AP macro economics, is getting a book and reading it nd studying on ure own good enough without taking the class? Or should i take the Florida Virtual online course?

I say yes, but it depends on your study habits. It’s a pretty easy subject to understand well, though, but if you read poorly and need more than just a book to get it ingrained in your head, it might be harder. As long as you have someone to explain things you don’t understand, you should be fine.

I’m currently taking AP Macro (i’m a freshman) on FLVS, I personally think it’s pretty good, only problem with it is, reading from textbooks online is realllllllyyyyyyyyy annoying. But the courseload isn’t too rigorous, 49 assignments total in the class…

but do you think it could be done without the school nd a 5 would be attainable?

i say it could be done to get a 3 or a 4, but getting a 5 is pretty difficult. my AP econ teacher was recognized as one of the best in the country and he taught us extremely well (both micro/macro). the subject material is very easy to understand, its just how you put the puzzle pieces together in the whole economic picture that really is the hard part. honestly, if u feel that u have the mental ability to piece things together, then try it. however, at the end of ur self-study, if u still feel like u can’t immediately apply all the concepts u have learned, then u might want to take a 2nd look at it.
