Because of the IB Program and its tests, the testing date and make-up date for two of my AP tests were filled. Thus, I was scheduled to take two AP tests today. My school acquired the wrong forms of these tests, and for some reason, sent the correct forms back to AP headquarters the day before I was scheduled to take the tests. I was told that I cannot take them, now. Is this really true? Or what can I do? Should I look towards legal action?

Sue their asses!

Probably. why would you take the AP tests so late? Is this like a Form C or something?

It was probably AP Nature Call, it is a really exam. The curve is like 90% to get a 4. I wouldn't be surprised if they curve it to 95% for a 4 if you take Form C.
