AP/SAT II conversion

any thoughts on converting between the two? I’m just shooting in the dark, but tell me if this sounds in the ballpark:
5=>750
4=650-750
3=550-650
2=450-550
1=<450

I got 5 on APUSH, and a low 600s on the SAT II USH…

I got a 5 on AP US and 750 on SAT II USH… So JohnC613, your range suits my score. For SAT II USH, be good at decoding charts really quickly, because that makes up a large portion of the test. For SAT Subject Test in USH, you have to know more than for the AP, or at least that was my experience. Read SATII US history for dummies. Or use an AP guide. Really, the SAT USH book can be your AP prep book, and vice versa.

Do this:

Subtract 200 from your SAT II score and divide it by 600. Multiply this number by 5 to get your AP score range. So if you get a 3.45, expect a 3 or a 4.
