<p>yes, by the time you take the tests your sr year, colleges will already have mailed out acceptance letters.</p>
<p>There are two pieces to it, honors and college credits.</p>
<p>Whatever you have at the end of 11th grade is what you can put on the commonapp. If you receive an honor, you mention it.</p>
<p>Whatever you have at the end of 12th is what you can look into for college credit. So you have 10 APs with 3 or more, some colleges will give you credit for all 10 while others might give you credit for 4 or 5 and in extreme cases like Caltech you get no credit.</p>
