Anyone had their kid’s AP scores delayed? If yes, have you received them now?
One of mine was delayed but it came out the day after score release. College Board says all ap scores will be out by mid August.
S24 got all of his scores about a week ago.
Still waiting on AP Chem. D24 had to do a retake on the makeup day.
Not sure what happened with us. Hopefully they’ll be released soon.
Btw, sorry about my ignorance, what does D24 and S24 mean?

S24 got 4 AP scores on 7/8 and 1 AP score (AP US Government) on 7/12.

This is common and I wouldn’t worry.
You will never know.
Most likely reason is that the exam shipment took longer to get to the scoring center. another possible reason is they suspect cheating or there was an unusal event in the exam administration although they already sent an email to students about this before the initial score release if it applied to them.
Not necessarily. Most, if not all, of the emails sent heretofore were to tell the student that the score was cancelled for cheating. Not the words they used, but that’s what it was
There were also emails that people’s score were delayed while an investigation when completed. In any case, that does not seem like OPs situation. Likely their schools exam shipment just arrived late to CB
My S24 is still waiting for his CS score. I made the mistake of mentioning one of the reasons this could happen was a cheating investigation, which freaked him out and earned me a scolding from NiceUnparticularMom. To me this is no big deal as I understand even if so, if he didn’t cheat then likely his score will just be released with no explanation of whatever they did or did not find. But as I learned, maybe don’t mention that if your kid is nervous.
So everyone my D25 knows in her school got all scores. She also received one but waiting for two others (where she performed better than the one she received). Guess we cannot do anything and just wait. She is a good kid and wouldn’t be involved in any cheating.

Unless your son recieved an email from college board before score release about any cheating incident, it probably was just late in arriving to the AP reading.
