AP scores

aside from credit value, can ap scores be submitted anyway just as supplemental material, like a resume? i am an incoming freshman at univ. of delaware honors program ,and have pretty high ap scores…are these looked at for transfer admission and can they help your application?
Thanks,
Brad

I’m not sure hpw AP scores are looked at for transfers, but I do know that for first year admission collrges will look ar AP’s only if you present them by putting them on a resume or on the application. They aren’t a make or break thing, but a few 4’s or 5’s will be just one more good thing they see that might help you get in.

Hope that helped.

I guess I might just put them on my resume then. Any thoughts on submitting ACT scores instead of SAt scores??? is it hurtful to your application to only submit the acts, because I know that one or the other technically is sufficient. My ACT is a bit higher than my SAt, that’s why i’m asking. thanks,

If one is clearly better just send that one. Typically colleges accept both and only need to see one. I didn’t even take the ACT so I ill just be sending my SAT. If you are not sure which is better then send both and they will most likely give you the benefit of the doubt and count the best one. If you are thinking about a certain college in particular just call the admissions office and they will be able to give you the answer you need.
