AP stats as a senior? eew?

Does taking AP Stats as a senior seem stupid? I qualified for AP Calculus and AP Statistics and I cant fit both. Is it ok for me to take AP Calculus online and AP Statistics at school? I dont want to look like an idiot in the ap stats class with juniors in the class and i will be a senior, there will be mostly seniors though. i don think its logical for someone who only completed alg 2 hon to end up in the same math class as someone who took precalculus. am i better off just taking ap calculus at school? Also, AP chem as a senior? Is that good? Is Ap chem and AP stats together good?

it’s fine, i’m doin that this year (just as a junior)
there are a decent number of seniors in my stats class.

as long as you keep your grade up, no one can call you a dumb idiot.

however, Stats is a LOT of work… so be prepared to fight senioritis.

Next year, I’m taking AP Chem & AP Stats… I’d say the more academically stimulating your senior year is the better!

Do well in Stats & no one will really care…

i’m in ap stats as a senior right now, along with another math class, and ap psych. and i think it’s not bad at all. if you can’t fit ap calc and ap stats, i would look at what your future major requires. if you absolutely need both, i would somehow find a way to take them in high school since i heard both can be really ahrd in college.

I would reccomend AP stat - it’s generally a laid back/slacker/senior class. Just wait on Calculus untill college.

how do u take it online?

I’m taking stats now and I really like the course and think that it’s very straightfoward. That being said, different people find different courses hard so always check with your guidance counselor/teacher. In general, this course isn’t too challenging.
