ap test for credit

if i send an ap test to get credit so that i dont have to take the class or take less less how does it work?

what im trying to ask is, lets say you are required to take a total of 6 classes, and by submitting the ap test, you dont take one class, so now you take 5. When they calculate your gpa, will they do it out of 5 or will they give you an A for the class you didn’t take because of the ap credit?

You will not receive an “A”, you will simply see a P for “passing” or a “T”/“TR” for transferred. AP exams almost never effect your GPA.

ok, and lets say i want to use an ap credit i have. am i supposed to tell them when i apply or after being accepted?

When you apply, you list the score. So that’s unofficial.

When you are accepted and enroll, you send an official score report.

what if im not asked to list the scores

bump gfrggf
