I’m assuming you’ve taken some class in, or at least have started studying, all the ones you’re “definitely” taking? And I agree with @southernbelle16–if you’re going to a CC, don’t bother. If you haven’t this is what I suggest:
AP Lang: doable if you’re good at writing, take practice tests to familiarize yourself with both the multiple choice and the essay formats. Memorize the rhetoric terms, but don’t bother too much with vocabulary. Princeton Review and Cliff Notes are pretty good.
AP Lit: doable if you’re good at writing and like literature. Make sure you’re very familiar with one or two books, and do the practice tests. Princeton Review is pretty good.
AP World: difficult, only take it if you’ve either done at least half of the material or are really, really good at memorization. Get a review book (not sure which one is the best) and do practice tests to see how you do on this one.
AP Bio: difficult, I really hope you’ve done a class in this before. Get a review book to see how you do before deciding.
AP Gov / Econ: I’m not sure exactly which ones you mean–all four, one of each, or some other combination? They’re doable if you focus on them; do some practice tests for sure though.
AP Psych: doable if you’re good at memorization–the test is often described as one long vocab test.
APES: doable, although I don’t really don’t see the point in it unless you’re going into something environmental related.
Stats: doable if you’ve taken a class in it before, or if you’re really strong in math. Again, I don’t see the point in it unless it’s directly related to something you want to study.
Good luck in whatever you choose. I think you could pick any of them, but again, if you’re going to a CC, it’s not necessary. If you’re really set on it, I’d choose the top 3 or 4 to focus on.
