AP Test scores appeal for credits

My name is John and I just received my scores on AP tests.
Two of them are my major concerns. My major is computer science.

  1. AP Chemistry. I received 3. Is there a way to make an appeal so that it would be counted for Chemistry 20A?
  2. AP Statistics. I want to minor in economics. Would they take score of 3 for the minor requirement?
I have read the requirements and policy thorough and thorough. I know what they are and I am trying to make an appeal. Tell me the possibilities.
How many AP classes do UCLA or UC’s take for credits? I heard that the limit is like 4. Tell me more clearly how it works.
Sorry if I sound dry and matter-of-fact-ish. Forgive me. But I prefer same style of answer in return. Thank You.

nothing will give credit for 20A. if you had a 4 or 5, you could petition, but still not recommended. unless you happened to study quantum mechanics in high school.

there is no limit to AP credit.

for the school of engineering if you get a 5 on Calc BC, it says 31A/Calculus next to it. does this mean you can skip TO 31A or you get to skip 31A?
