This year I took two AP classes at my traditional school (AP Physics and AP Statistics) and three online through a provider connected to my school (AP Psychology, AP U.S. Gov. and Politics, and AP Microeconomics). For financial reasons I was only able to take two AP tests and chose the Physics and Statistics, because I had the most time invested in them and the most in-class review time. The online AP courses will appear on my transcripts. Should I explain this when applying, and if yes how so? (I’m using the common app)
