<p>That being said, my best guess is that the phrasing is weird, but that May 2009 tests would count for Berkeley enrollees for the freshmen class of 2009-10.</p>
<p>Things might have changed since I was in college a number of years back, but if I remember correctly, I was accepted into the College of Arts & Sciences (different unversity, admittedly) when I got my university acceptance, but that I wasn’t considered admitted until either I started signing up for classes or until I started attending classes (I think it was the latter). So technically, the AP Exams should occur before you start attending classes (and it was borderline with when I actually signed up for classes).</p>

u know, decisions of admission at Berkeley will be notified in late March… The notification date apparently precedes AP exams… which are held once a year.</p>
