AP Tests Suggestions for 10th Grade

My high school doesn’t offer AP courses but we have the option to take the tests at the end of the year. In 9th grade, I received a 4.0. My course list is as follows:

Earth Science
Algebra I
Spanish I
English I

Last semester of this year, I received a 3.8 (A B in Geometry). My current course list is as follows:

Spanish II
Geometry
Biology
World History
Sociology

Any suggestions as to what AP tests to take?

I’m also taking English 100 at a local community college.

You should talk to your teachers about this. What do students in your school usually do, and how successful are they? We can’t tell how well aligned your classes might be to the AP curriculum but looking at your course list the only possibilities would be bio and world history. But those are both fairly high workload AP classes, and it’s possible you really aren’t prepared for either of them. Take a practice test and see what you think. Your English is maybe more advanced, but it doesn’t make sense to take English since you will continue that next year anyway.

I’m not a huge AP expert, but I have done my research :3 I have heard that some of the easiest AP courses are Human Geography, Psychology, Art History, Environmental Science, Statistics, and I heard Computer Science was easy, but it is pretty much impossible to self-study. I’m going to be a freshman next year and I am going to self-study for Music Theory (because I’ve been involved in music for a long time), Psychology (because it’s easy and an interesting topic in general), and possibly Human Geography (because it is easy, and it is available for freshman at my school even though I’m not taking it).

But in the end, the choice belongs to you  If no AP classes are offered at your school, most colleges won’t mind not seeing any. They usually judge you on what you’re offered.

I hope I gave you some good advice :D
