AP US Government question....

I heard you need an ample amount of outside knowledge to get a 5 on the exam… is that true? If it is, then how should I gain those knowledge? Wikipedia-ing? lol

Which is better for prepping, PR or Barrons?

thanks!

*I have all the free response quetsions and scoring guides and sample answers for AP Physics B from 1998 to 2006…no mc questions though
I would like to trade those with sample mc questions from an actual AP gov ap exam…

My teacher said PR would suffice for a 3, but if you want a 4-5 you should go for barrons since its more indepth (his words).

barrons is more serious where as princeton keeps it funny (or tries to). Barron sounds more textbook like. but theyre both good.

I wouldnt say you need outside knowledge, but you should be able to tie current events, historical events, important concepts together in your writing. god i think i mustve given my graders orgasms because i tied current events, and historical events together and why it was so important.
