AP vs Dual Enrollment at local Uni

I have the option of either taking one year of AP biology at my high school (I could also take AP chemistry, I like them both the same), taking a semester of biology at my local university, which isn’t a community college (which will count as AP biology), or taking a full year of chemistry at that uni (which will count as AP chemistry). Taking courses at the uni is expensive and may cause some scheduling issues, but that is not really that much of an issue in my opinion.

Which option will increase my chances of admission into top colleges the most? Do they not see a difference, or do they see the university options as more rigorous and me pushing myself harder? If so, which uni option is better, the uni chemistry because it is twice as long (two semesters instead of one), or are they both equal? As I said before, I like bio and chem equally.

No difference
