Hello! Looking for suggestions on a decent one time apartment cleaning service that also does carpet cleaning for an apartment in downtown state college. My son is moving into an apartment this summer and since 1 or more of the current tenants are staying the apartment complex will not provide cleaning- and it definitely needs refreshed! ? Thanks!!
