Good Luck to everyone else!

you got in through appeal? CONGRATS!

what was your basis for appeal? (Did anything special happen post-admission letters?)

Congrats man!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congrats!

You are 176 cm!

Yay!

I welcome you in all my (our) ERC-ness and Cogsci-ness.

congrats!!!!!!! XDD

176cm, how did you learn of your appeal decision? Thanks,

I sent in my appeal letter three weeks ago, but I got a letter back saying they couldnt come to a decision yet and I had to wait longer. :/

Has anyone else gotten anything like this?

I also sent in my appeal about 3 weeks ago and received a letter from them saying that they cannot give me an affirmative answer. They anticipate sending out notifications of their decisions during the week of April 20, 2009.

Congrats! I'm still waiting for mine... and im worried because my status is still a rejection on their site, I was hoping that they would mention that they're reviewing my application a second time. Did any of your status change?

Uare you a freshman or transfer? I thought they dont come out til the 31st?

I'm a freshman, and i think they come out as they decide. I didn't get a letter of my acceptance but i found out by logging onto my account on triton and (to my amazement) saw the "Congratulations..." page.

did everyone that posted here and are appealing, call the admin office first?

I called. But how do they know that I called when they read my appeal?

I called first, but i dunno how they would know and i got my acceptance letter in the mail two days ago in a blue envelope thing with a letter, so it's confirmed.

Im176cm congratulations :) !

how long had it been since you sent in your appeal when your online portal changed to congratulations? thanks!

It took about a week, i sent it in sometime in the beginning of April.

i sent in my appeal on april 1st, and just got a letter back from ucsd on monday, acknowledging that they have received my appeal and supporting documents and will start mailing out decisions this week...did everyone else that appealed get a letter like this too?

if you get rejected through an appeal, does it show on the triton weblink that you got rejected for the appeal? and if you get accepted, does it say congrats? cuz mine has neither..
