Recently I got a mail that I have been waitlisted to cpp and csuf. I was wondering, Can I send an appeal letter to cpp and csuf? Or do they only accept appeal letter from rejected student?
I also got waitlisted at cpp and csuf and was wondering the same thing 
also if anyone knows the chance of getting off a waitlist that would be helpful
