Hi there, I have a friend wanting to appeal to UC Davis and she is unsure as to what to write about. In writing the appeal, what would be the best bet? In terms of what to write and the style of writing.

tell her not to appeal, because i am and dont want that competition. Write about killing kittens or something.

^
wow. that’s nice.

base your appeal on something. like theme it on one thing you want to emphasize, make a point about it and support it. also make it person. don’t go into the begging. just be as sincere and personal as possible

wow this seems so last minute… if ur friend wants to find out the appeal decision by april 30, she has to send it in by the 14th.

im telling you, killing kittens, davis loves that sort of thing

If you are just now thinking about appealing (the due date is today), then I think you are not very interested in Davis as your first choice college. There are lots of students who have already sent in there heartfelt appeals with multiply letters of recommendation hoping to get into Davis. You need to look at another school you’ve been accepted to or apply to some others.
